| 目的 研究五味消毒饮联合膜诱导技术治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年12月—2023年5月在浙江省立同德医院和杭州市富阳中医骨伤医院就诊的胫骨骨髓炎患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组予以采用膜诱导技术为主的手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上内服五味消毒饮。观察两组患者治疗前后的相关实验室指标、关节功能、治疗有效率及两组骨髓炎复发率。结果 治疗前,两组组患者相关实验室指标、关节功能对比结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的相关实验室指标、关节功能均明显优于对照组,观察组治疗后的有效率及骨髓炎复发率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 五味消毒饮联合膜诱导技术治疗胫骨创伤性骨髓炎,较单纯膜诱导技术,能有效降低胫骨创伤性骨髓炎的复发率,改善患肢功能,很大程度上减少了患者的痛苦和负担,提高了临床治疗效果,具有广泛推广的意义。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Wuweixiaoduyin combined with Masquelet technique in the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis of the tibia. Method: Fifty patients with tibial osteomyelitis who visited Tongde Hospital in Zhejiang Province and Fuyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic Hospital in Hangzhou from December 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received surgical treatment mainly using Masquelet technique, while the observation group received oral administration of Wuweixiaoduyin on the basis of the control group. Observe the relevant laboratory indicators, joint function, treatment effectiveness, and recurrence rate of osteomyelitis in two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in laboratory indicators and joint function between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the relevant laboratory indicators and joint function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The effective rate and recurrence rate of osteomyelitis in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Wuweixiaoduyin and Masquelet technique can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of tibial traumatic osteomyelitis, improve limb function, greatly reduce patient pain and burden, and improve clinical treatment effectiveness compared to Masquelet technique alone. It has broad promotion significance. |
