| 头风病是一种反复发作的中医头痛疾病,迁延日久,往往缠绵难愈。对于难治性头风,裘昌林教授认为本病较普通头痛病往往存在风、痰、瘀、郁、虚等病机交织错杂存在的情况,临证需细心诊察是否存在内外合邪致病、药轻病重、情志失调、睡眠异常等情况,通过精准辨证,并精当选用合适的风药、开窍药、虫类药等,以提高疗效。 |

| Headwind disease is a recurrent traditional Chinese medicine headache that persists for a long time and is often difficult to heal. For refractory headaches, Professor Qiu Changlin believes that this disease often has a mixed and intertwined pathogenesis of wind, phlegm, blood stasis, depression, and deficiency compared to ordinary headaches. In clinical practice, it is necessary to carefully examine whether there are internal and external pathogenic factors, inadequate drug efficacy, emotional disorders, and abnormal sleep. Through precise diagnosis and accurate selection of appropriate wind medicine, orifice opening medicine, insect medicine, etc, the therapeutic effect can be improved. |
