| 目的：探讨火龙罐综合灸在治疗中老年腰椎退行性疾病术后气血两虚型便秘中的疗效。方法：选取2022年7月-2023年1月我院收治的89例老年腰椎退行性疾病患者术后腹胀便秘作为研究对象,根据患者所选用的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。对照组予以常规宣教配合开塞露治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合火龙罐综合灸治疗。观察并记录2组患者肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、一周内排便次数、腹胀程度、治疗总有效率及患者出院前的满意度。结果：观察组无论在治疗后的肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间及一周内排便次数方面,均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；同时腹胀缓解程度及便秘严重程度缓解方面,观察组也均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；鉴于观察组良好的治疗效果,因此在出院时患者满意度也更高。结论：火龙罐综合灸在治疗中老年腰椎退行性疾病术后腹胀气血两虚型便秘的效果明显且安全,同时可增加护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To exploring the therapeutic effect of Huolong cupping comprehensive moxibustion on postoperative constipation of qi and blood deficiency in middle-aged and elderly patients with lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods: 89 elderly patients with postoperative abdominal distension and constipation with lumbar degenerative diseases treated in our hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research object. According to the treatment methods selected by the patients, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine propaganda and education combined with Glycerine Enema, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong Cupping on the basis of the control group. The anal exhaust time, the first defecation time, the number of defecations in a week, the degree of abdominal distension, the total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of patients before discharge were observed and recorded. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the first anal exhaust time, the first defecation time and the number of defecation within one week after treatment (P < 0.05); At the same time, the relief degree of abdominal distension and the severity of constipation in the observation group were also better than those in the control group (P < 0.05); In view of the good treatment effect of the observation group, the patient satisfaction is also higher at discharge. Conclusion: The comprehensive moxibustion with Huolong cupping has a significant and safe effect on treating postoperative abdominal distension, qi and blood deficiency constipation in middle-aged and elderly patients with lumbar degenerative diseases. At the same time, it can increase nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application. |
