| 【】目的 探讨益气活血汤联合针刺治疗青年耳石症复位后残余头晕(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年9月至2023年8月我院收治的青年耳石症复位成功后伴有残余头晕的患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组予银杏叶提取物、倍他司汀片口服等常规西医治疗,对照组在常规组基础上加益气活血汤联合针刺,两组均治疗7天。比较两组治疗前、治疗1周后眩晕障碍量表评分(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)、视觉模拟评分 (visual analogue score,VAS)、前庭症状指数(Vestibular symptom index score,VSI),并进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后1周后,两组DHI、VAS、VSI评分均较治疗前有明显改善,且治疗组DHI、VAS、VSI评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组(有效率96.7%比73.3%,Z=4.706,P=0.03；治愈率40%比6.67%,Z=7.547,P=0.006)。结论:益气活血汤联合针刺治疗青年耳石症复位后残余头晕(气虚血瘀证)疗效好,可明显缩短残余头晕的病程,值得临床推广。 |

| 【 】 Objective:to explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction (YHD) combined with acupuncture on residual dizziness (qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) in young patients with otolith after reduction. Methods: 60 patients with residual dizziness after successful reduction of otolith in our hospital from Septemberof the 2021 to August of the 2023 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, such as ginkgo biloba extract and betahistine tablet, and the control group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of conventional medicine. Dizziness Handicap inventory (DHI) , visual analogue score (VAS) and Vestibular symptom index score (VSI) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for one week. Results: one week after treatment, the scores of DHI, VAS and VSI in the two groups were significantly improved, and the scores of DHI, VAS and VSI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01) . The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (effective rate 96.7% vs 73.3% , z = 4.706, P = 0.03; curative rate 40% vs 6.67% , z = 7.547, P = 0.006) . Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on residual dizziness -LRB-syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis) after reduction in young patients with otolith, which can obviously shorten the course of residual dizziness and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
