| [目的]探析《时病论》辨治湿病学术思想。[方法]从辨证、立法、方药、医案分析等角度总结雷氏辨治湿病的学术特点。[结果]《时病论》论及四时湿病及兼夹证27种,湿病误诊医案12则,治湿18法,备用成方23首,前人方剂10首,以法代方10首。湿病辨表、里、寒、热、新、伏,表湿宜辛散,里湿宜渗利,寒湿宜辛热燥湿,湿热宜清热通利,湿温宜宣透膜原,新湿宜风药胜湿,伏湿宜健脾燥湿。治湿寒温并用,擅用引经药,误诊湿病凭脉辨证。[结论]《时病论》对湿病辨治见解独到,理法方药新颖,构建了全新的中医湿病辨治体系,对当今中医辨治外感时病具有借鉴和指导意义。 |

| [Objective] To explore the academic thinking of the differentiation and treatment of dampness in the "Treatise on Seasonal Diseases". [Method] Summarize the academic characteristics of Lei"s differentiation and treatment of dampness from the perspectives of syndrome differentiation, legislation, prescriptions, and medical case analysis. [Result] The "Treatise on Seasonal Diseases" discusses 27 types of dampness diseases in the four seasons, 18 methods for treating dampness, 23 spare prescriptions, 10 previous prescriptions, and 10 prescriptions replaced by methods. Distinguishing dampness from external, internal, cold, heat, new, and latent dampness. External dampness should be treated with Xin San, internal dampness should be treated with Shen Li, cold dampness should be treated with Xin heat and dry dampness, damp heat should be treated with Qing heat and Tong Li, dampness and temperature should be treated with transparent membrane elements, new dampness should be treated with wind medicine to overcome dampness, and latent dampness should be treated with invigorating spleen and dry dampness. Treat dampness, cold, and warmth together, proficiently use meridian inducing drugs, and misdiagnose dampness based on pulse differentiation. [Conclusion] The "Treatise on Seasonal Diseases" has unique insights into the differentiation and treatment of dampness, innovative principles and formulas, and has constructed a new system for the differentiation and treatment of dampness in traditional Chinese medicine. It has reference and guiding significance for the current differentiation and treatment of exogenous seasonal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. |
