| 高危型人乳头瘤病毒（high-risk human papillomavirus，HR-HPV）持续性感染是引起宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia，CIN）和宫颈癌的主要原因。宫颈HR-HPV感染发展至CIN存在可逆期，寻求一种有效的中医药干预，阻断CIN进程，清除HR-HPV持续感染意义重大。沈关桢主任认为该病的主要病机以正气亏虚为本，湿毒侵入为邪，蕴热成瘀为标，损伤任带二脉是宫颈感染HR-HPV的主要病机。当以益气祛湿，清热解毒，活血化瘀为大法治之。沈师注重中医整体观念，强调身心合一，辨体调神，扶正祛邪治该病。本文总结沈师经验并赋医案一则，以飨同道。 |

| Persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) is the main cause of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer. It has a reversible phase from cervical HR-HPV infection to CIN. To seek an effective intervention of traditional Chinese medicine to block CIN process and clear HR-HPV persistent infection, it’s a great signific ance.The main pathogenesis of human papillomavirus (HPV) deficiency is deficiency of vital qi, dampness toxin, heat and blood stasis, Director Shen Guanzhen believed. The treatment principle should follow tonifying qi and dispelling dampness, clearing heat and removing toxin, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis. At the same time, it pays attention to the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine, emphasizing the integration of body and mind, distinguishing body and regulating spirit, nourishing healthy and dispelling evil.This article summarizes Shen"s experience and gives a medical case to share with you. |
