ObjectiveTo studyEffect of ginger moxibustion umbilical therapy on Gastrin(GAS),pepsinogen(PG)in type chronic gastritis.Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type treated in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for the study, and randomly divided into 2 groups according to 1:1, with 40 omeprazole, and the experimental group was treated with ginger moxibustion umbilical therapy. The effects, gastrointestinal hormones, inflammatory factors, epigastric distension pain, acid reflux, epigastric discomfort.Results After treatment, PGI was significantly, GAS and PGII were decreased, and the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). After treatment, serum levels of IL-6 and NF-α were decreased in both groups, and lower in experimental group (P<0.05). After treatment, the four dimensions of epigastric distension pain, acid reflux, epigastric discomfort and nausea and vomiting were all decreased in two groups, and those in experimental group were lower (P<0.05). The main adverse reactions were rash, dizziness and gastrointestinal reaction, and there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).conclusion Ginger moxibustion umbilical therapy has a certain effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type, which may be related to the effective improvement of gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients. |
