| 慢性肾脏病是临床常见病,肾性血尿是其常见临床症状,中医在治疗方面具有独特的优势。傅晓骏教授经过多年的临证实验,认为脾胃虚弱、瘀血阻络、湿热互结、风邪侵袭是本病发生的关键,临证时以固护脾胃为主,将活血化瘀贯穿始终,清热祛湿,善用虫类药物及风药以治疗顽固性血尿,以自拟血尿方为主方,辨证施治,随证加减,临床疗效佳。 |

| Renal hematuria is a common clinical symptom of chronic kidney disease which is a common clinical condition. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in treatment of it. After years of clinical experiments, Professor Fu Xiaojun believes that weakness of the spleen and stomach, blood stasis, dampness-heat, and wind evil are the keys to the occurrence of renal hematuria. On the treatment, Professor Fu mainly protect the spleen and stomach, and often runs through the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and also uses other treatments such as clearing heat and dampness. She is good at using insect drugs and wind drugs to treat refractory hematuria．She always uses the self-designed hematuria formula as the main formula, and patterns identification as the basis for determining treatment, then adds and subtracts with the evidence, which has obvious clinical effect and is effective in clinic. |
