| “吕细”最早出自金元时期窦汉卿所作的《流注通玄指要赋》,其间只记载了“吕细”的主治,并没有对定位进行描述,因而古今医籍对其定位存在严重分歧,不利于当代学者对古医籍的理解及临床应用。笔者查阅古今医籍进行考证后发现“吕细”穴存在四种争议,通过深入挖掘分析穴位名称的演变、归经、主治,最终考定其为“太溪穴”之别名,定位在“在足内踝后,跟骨上动脉陷中”。 |
