| 中医腹诊始于《内经》,至于《伤寒杂病论》则发展成独具价值的诊断方法,尤其是对血瘀证的诊断具有帮助。明清以后中医腹诊逐渐式微,然近数十年来又逐渐受到重视,但仍不够普及。笔者总结恩师朱文宗教授参合腹诊辨治血瘀证的经验：1.腹大满痛,少腹急结的血瘀证,治以桂枝茯苓丸合大柴胡汤、桃核承气汤等；2.胸胁苦满,压痛抵抗的血瘀证,治以桂枝茯苓丸合小柴胡汤、温胆汤为主；3.腹色黯淡,痛如针刺的气滞血瘀证,治以血府逐瘀汤等；4.腹胀如鼓,或有压痛的气逆血瘀证,治以越鞠丸,伍以活血化瘀药为主；5.腹缓松弛,绵软喜按的气虚血瘀证,治以“双补汤”为主；6.小腹冷痛,少腹里急的血亏气弱,虚寒血瘀证,治以温经汤等。 |

| Abdominal diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine began in "Huangdi Neijing ", as for "Shanghan Zabing Lun", it developed into a unique diagnostic method, especially helpful for the diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome. After the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the abdominal diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine gradually declined. However, it has been paid more and more attention in recent decades, but it is still not popular enough. The author summarizes the experience of Professor Zhu Wenzong"s participation in abdominal diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis syndrome: 1.Blood stasis syndrome of abdominal fullness and pain, less abdominal acute knot, treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill and Dachaihu Decoction, Taohe Chengqi Decoction, etc.; 2. Chest pain, tenderness resistance to blood stasis syndrome, treatment with Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction, Wendan Decoction; 3. Abdominal dark, pain such as acupuncture qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction; 4.Abdominal distension such as drum, or tenderness of qi inverse blood stasis syndrome, treatment with Yueju pill, with blood circulation drugs; 5.Abdominal relaxation, soft and soft qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, the treatment is mainly "Shuangbu Decoction"; 6. Abdominal cold pain, abdominal tenesmus blood deficiency and weak, cold and blood stasis syndrome, treatment with Wenjing Decoction. |
