| 目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗儿童调节性近视的疗效。 方法 选取2020年7月至2021年12月平湖市第一人民医院收治的148例（296眼）6～12岁调节性近视儿童，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各74例（148眼），对照组给予托吡卡胺滴眼液观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷治疗，疗程均为8周。对比两组治疗前后裸眼视力、主觉验光和检影验光等效球镜的差值、负相对调节（NRA）测量值。 结果 治疗8周后，两组裸眼视力、主觉验光和检影验光等效球镜的差值、负相对调节（NRA）测量值均较治疗前提高。裸眼视力、主觉验光和检影验光等效球镜的差值比较，观察组较对照组有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。负相对调节（NRA）测量值两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。 结论 穴位贴敷联合托吡卡胺滴眼液治疗儿童青少年调节性近视可有效改善视力，延缓近视发生。
| OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of acupoint application combined with topicamide eye drops in the treatment of accommodative myopia in children and adolescents. METHODS to select 2020 July to December 2021, pinghu city first people''s hospital treated 148 cases (296 eyes) of accommodative myopia children aged 6 ~ 12, using the random number table method will be divided into control group and observation group 74 cases (148 eyes) and control group given pyrazole card amine eye drops observation group in the control group given on the basis of acupoint sticking therapy, The treatment course was 8 weeks. The naked eye visual acuity, the difference and the negative relative adjustment (NRA) between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS After 8 weeks of treatment, the naked eye visual acuity, the difference of equivalent sphere lens and negative relative regulation (NRA) were improved in both groups compared with before treatment. Compared with the control group, there was statistical significance in the difference of naked eye visual acuity, principal sense optometry and equivalent spherical lens of optometry in the observation group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the negative relative regulation (NRA) between the two groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Acupoint application combined with topicamide eye drops can effectively improve visual acuity and delay the occurrence of regulatory myopia in children and adolescents.
