| 目的：评价泻肺利水合剂4号治疗气虚血瘀兼阳虚水泛型慢性心衰的临床研究。
方法：按随机数指标法将95例患者分为试验组47例与对照组48例。对照组给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上联合泻肺利水合剂4号进行治疗，疗程共计2周。记录患者治疗前、治疗后以及随访中患者的血清NT-proBNP、超声心动检查心功能指标、心衰疗效积分、再住院率以及相关的各种不良事件。使用SPSS22.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。
结果：血清NT-proBNP评价，试验组在治疗后及随访中的改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）。超声心动检查评价，治疗后及随访中试验组患者的LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV、E/A、SV指标的改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。患者在接受治疗后的心衰疗效积分评价，试验组的改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）。在随访中，试验组再次住院率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在治疗过程中所记录的不良事件中，主要为室性心律失常和低血压。
结论：西医常规治疗联合泻肺利水合剂4号可较好提高气虚血瘀兼阳虚水泛型慢性心衰的临床疗效。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical study of the No .4 of mixture of Xie Fei Li Shu in the treatment of chronic heart failure of Qi Xu Xue Yu and Yang Xu Shui Fan.
Methods : According to the random number index method ,95 patients were divided into 47 cases in the test group and 48 cases in the control group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experimental group was combined with the No .4 of mixture of Xie Fei Li Shu for 2 weeks. Biomarkers of patients NT-proBNP、echocardiographic examination of cardiac function, heart failure efficacy score, hospitalization rate, adverse events were recorded before, after and after treatment. SPSS22.0 statistical software is used to analyze the data.
Results: The NT-proBNP of biomarkers was better than that of the control group (P<0.01). The improvement of LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV、E/A、SV index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the effect of heart failure was better than that of control group (P<0.01). During follow-up, the rehospitalization rate of the test group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Among the adverse events recorded during treatment, ventricular arrhythmia and hypotension were the main ones.
Conclusion: The routine treatment of western medicine combined with the No .4 of mixture of Xie Fei Li Shu could improve the heart function of chronic heart failure with Qi Xu Xue Yu and Yang Xu Shui Fan. |
