| 摘要：武权生教授长期从事于中西医妇产科临床、科研和教学工作，擅长于运用经方加减治疗妇产科各种病症。藿朴夏苓汤是治疗湿温病的著名方剂，武权生教授认为针对产后发热，因产后调护不当或治不达标而致湿热蕴结，出现发热持续不退，临床运用藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗颇有疗效，本文对武教授相关诊治经验初步分析并总结，为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Abstract：Proffessor Wu Quansheng has long been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching work of obstetrics and gynecology in Chinese and Western medicine，and is good at using the addition and subtraction of classical prescriptions to treat various gynecological and obstetric diseases. Huopo Xialing Decoction is a famous prescription for treating damp and febrile diseases. Professor Wu Quansheng believes that the clinical application of Huopo Xialing Decoction is quite effective for the persistent fever symptoms of postpartum fever or the accumulation of damp heat due to improper postpartum nursing care or substandard treatment. This article preliminarily analyzes and summarizes Professor Wu''s relevant diagnosis and treatment experience, and provides a reference for clinical treatment. |
