| 目的：总结冯昌汉老中医应用仙桔汤小方的临床经验,以便临床推广应用。方法：通过临床跟诊抄方,收集病例,记录冯昌汉老中医对仙桔汤小方的独到认识,进而临证拓展应用仙桔汤,并列举案例予以佐证。结果：冯昌汉老中医认为仙桔相配,上可入心脑而定眩悸、入咽肺疗喉痹咳逆,下则入肠而止泻、止崩、止带,疗子宫直肠之脱垂,外则入皮固腠而止虚汗,疗虚人之外感,凡气虚并有气机下陷者,于辨证方药中加用之多有卓效。结论：冯昌汉老中医应用仙桔汤小方临证经验独特,疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。 |

| Objective: To summarize Feng Changhan "s clinical experience in the application of Xianjie Decoction in old Chinese medicine for clinical application. Methods: Through clinical follow-up, collecting cases, recording Feng Changhan "s unique understanding of Xianjie Decoction, and then expand the clinical application of Xianjie Decoction, and cited cases to support. Results: Feng Changhan old Chinese medicine believes that fairy crane grass and platycodon match, upper can enter the heart and brain and fixed glare palpitations, into the throat lung treatment of throat obstruction cough reverse, then enter the intestine and stop diarrhea, stop the collapse, stop the belt, the treatment of prolapse of the uterus and rectum, outside the skin solid skin and stop sweating, the treatment of deficiency outside the human feeling, all qi deficiency and qi collapse, in the dialectical prescription to add more effective. Conclusion: Feng Changhan old Chinese medicine application Xianjie decoction prescription clinical experience is unique, curative effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
