Objective: To explore the law of differentiation and treatment of female climacteric syndrome by Professor He Yingchun. Methods: From January 2021 to June 2022, He Yingchun collected 120 medical records and 296 prescriptions of female climacteric syndrome patients treated by He Yingchun, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the patients'' body mass table of traditional Chinese medicine, established a database, and used the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance to frequently analyze the common symptoms, constitution types and common prescription frequencies of the disease. Results: The most frequent clinical symptoms of female climacteric syndrome were insomnia 79 times (65.83%), followed by fatigue 50 times (41.66%), sweating 45 times (37.50%), dizziness and tinnitus 38 times (31.67%); The constitution type was qi stagnation in 57 cases (47.50%), phlegm dampness in 39 cases (32.50%), qi deficiency in 32 cases (26.70%); The most frequently used prescriptions are Erxian decoction 45 times (80.35%), followed by Bupleurum plus keel oyster Decoction 37 times (66.07%), Xiaoyao Powder 22 times (39.28%), Wuling powder 19 times (33.92%), Buzhong Yiqi Decoction 19 times (33.92%), etc.Conclusion: He Yingchun''s syndrome differentiation and treatment of female climacteric syndrome attaches importance to kidney deficiency and takes into account the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine. He Yingchun often treats syndrome differentiation and treatment according to different constitutions such as qi stagnation, phlegm dampness and qi deficiency. |
