| [目的]探讨陈学奇教授治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床经验。[方法]从病因病机和中医诊治思路出发,结合验案,总结陈教授治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床思路和经验。[结果]陈教授认为,气血虚弱是息肉形成之根本,肝脾肾失调是息肉形成之关键,“瘀”是息肉形成之核心。治疗以益气养血、健脾益肾、理气活血、化瘀消癥为大法,并根据不同病因兼而治之,具体通过“审因论治、辩证施药,中西相参、分期治疗,三步调周、调经助孕”等方法治疗,取得了满意的临床疗效。[结论]陈教授中医论治子宫内膜息肉的有效方法,值得借鉴、推广和学习。 |

| [Objective] To explore professor Chen xueqi''s clinical experience in treating endometrial polyps. [Method] Based on etiology，pathogenesis and the theory of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,combined with effective consilia，we summarize the clinical thoughts and experience of Professor Chen in treating endometrial polyps.[Results] Professor Chen believes that the weakness of qi and blood is the basic reason for the formation of polyps，the dysfunction of liver-spleen-kidney is the key to the formation of polyps，and“blood stasis" is the core of the formation of polyps.The treatments are based on nourishing qi and blood, strengthening the spleen and kidney, regulating qi and activating blood.Take appropriate methods according to different causes, such as "ascertaining the cause to determine treatment "，"combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment","regulating menstruation and help pregnancy by three steps" and so on.These treatments achieve a satisfactory effect.[Conclusion]Professor Chen''s effective method of treating endometrial polyps is worthy of promotion and study. |
