| 目的：探讨镇肝熄风汤合黄连阿胶汤加减治疗帕金森病（PD）失眠肝肾阴虚证的疗效。方法：筛选我院2019年11月~2021年3月收治的原发性PD伴失眠症病人患者72例，随机分为两组均36例。全部患者予多巴丝肼片；对照组采取艾司唑仑片干预；治疗组于对照组的基础上采取镇肝熄风汤合黄连阿胶汤加减治疗。两组治疗3个月。比较两组病人的肝肾阴虚证症状与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分以及效果。结果：两组治疗后肝肾阴虚证症状评分显著降低，且治疗组下调更显著（P＜0.01）；两组病人干预后PSQI评分显著下调，且两组相比治疗组降低更明显（P＜0.01）；治疗组病人的有效率91.67％，与对照组相比上调更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：于常规干预措施基础上，镇肝熄风汤+黄连阿胶汤加减干预PD失眠肝肾阴虚证能有效改善患者的中医证候和失眠，疗效明显。 |

| Objective: To explore the curative effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on insomnia with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in Parkinson''s disease (PD). Methods: 72 patients with primary PD and insomnia admitted to our hospital from november2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. All patients were given dobasazide tablets; The control group was treated with estazolam tablets; The treatment group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the symptom score of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome decreased significantly in the two groups, especially in the treatment group (P < 0.01); The PSQI score of the two groups decreased significantly after the intervention, and the PSQI score of the two groups decreased more significantly than that of the treatment group (P < 0.01); The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of routine intervention measures, Zhengan Xifeng Decoction + Huanglian Ejiao decoction can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and insomnia of patients with PD insomnia. |
