| 总结黄平教授痤疮基于“伏火”理论治疗痤疮的临床经验，并举验案分享。黄平教授提出“伏火”也是痤疮发生发展过程中的重要病机，并衍化出气虚火郁之伏火、阳虚火浮之伏火及情志火伏之伏火三种主要证型。治疗上紧扣土虚内核，温清同用、补泻并施、调畅气机，以消伏火而退痤疮。 |

| This article summarizes Professor HUANG Ping''s clinical experience on acne based on the theory of "latent fire",and shares medical cases. Professor Huang Ping pointed out that "latenr fire" is also an important pathogen in the occurrence and development of acne,and derived three main types : latenr fire of Qi deficiency and fire stagnation, latenr fire of Yang deficiency and fire floating,and latenr fire of emotion. The treament of acne took earth deficiency as the core ,including using warming and heat-clearing simultaneously,tonification and purgation in combination,and regulate the Qi activity ,to eliminate the latent fire. |
