| 目的 本研究通过对比市场连翘饮片挥发油含量质量指标,为评价连翘饮片质量提供参考意见。方法 选取云南丽江,辽宁丹东,陕西山阳,江苏沐阳,4个产地12个批次的连翘饮片,通过气相色谱法,高效液相色谱法,对连翘饮片的总含油量及连翘苷含量进行比较。 结果 不同产地的连翘饮片各有优势,辽宁丹东挥发油含量最高,陕西山阳连翘苷含量最高。 结论 各不同产地的连翘配方饮片各有优势,可根据不同需求选择。本研究为评价和选择不同产地连翘饮片提供一定的依据。 |

| Objective. In this study, the quality index of volatile oil content in forsythia decoction pieces was compared to provide reference for evaluating the quality of forsythia decoction pieces. Methods. Lijiang, Yunnan, Dandong, Liaoning, Shanyang, Shaanxi, Muyang, Jiangsu, 12 batches of forsythia decoction pieces from 4 production areas were selected, and the total oil content of forsythia decoction pieces and forsythiaside were determined by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography Contents are compared. Results. Forsythia pieces from different producing areas have their own advantages. Dandong Liaoning has the highest volatile oil content, and Shanyang forsythiaside has the highest content. Conclusion. Forsythia formulas from different origins have their own advantages and can be selected according to different needs. This study provides a basis for evaluating and selecting forsythia pieces from different regions. |
