| 发作性运动诱发性运动障碍（PKD）是一类罕见的由突然运动所诱发的运动障碍性疾病。本病发病率很低，现代医学主要以小剂量抗癫痫药物治疗为主，预后较好但有副作用，且停药后容易反复。张喜莲教授根据患儿症状表现及自身体质特点，采用健脾豁痰熄风之法，予涤痰汤随证加减治疗原发性PKD病案1例，疗效著。总结本病案的诊疗经过并论述如下，以供同道参考。 |

| Paroxysmal motion-induced movement disorder (PKD) is a rare type of movement disorder induced by sudden movement.The incidence of this disease is very low, modern medicine mainly to low-dose antiepileptic drug therapy mainly, the prognosis is good but there are side effects, and easy to repeat after stopping the drug.According to the symptoms and physical characteristics of the children, Professor Zhang Xilian adopted the method of invigorating the spleen and removing phlegm and extinguishing the wind, and added and reduced the Ditan decoction to treat 1 case of primary PKD.The diagnosis and treatment process of this medical record is summarized and discussed as follows, for the reference of colleagues. |
