| 【摘要】目的 探讨銅砭刮痧疗法对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 将60例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为对照组及观察组，每组各30例，对照组予以常规护理加普通止痛片（非甾体类抗炎药）治疗，观察组予以常规护理的基础上加用銅砭刮痧疗法，治疗周期为3个月经周期，一个月经周期3次刮痧，观察患者治疗前后腹痛程度计分(视觉模拟评分法：VAS评分），COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分及综合疗效等情况。结果 干预后，观察组的VAS评分及CMSS评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)，且治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 铜砭刮痧法在对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的治疗有明显疗效，可在临床上进一步推广应用。 |

| [Abstract]Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongbian scraping therapy on primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood stasis type. Methods： 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional nursing and ordinary painkillers (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). The observation group was treated with Tongbian scraping therapy on the basis of routine nursing care.The treatment cycle is 3 menstrual cycles and 3 times a menstrual cycle. Observe the patient''s abdominal pain score before and after treatment (visual analog scale: VAS score), COX dysmenorrhea symptoms Table (CMSS) score and comprehensive curative effect. Results: After intervention, the VAS score and CMSS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of scraping with Tongbian has a significant effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold blood stasis type, and it can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice. |
