| 胸痞是以自觉胸膺部痞塞,满闷不舒为主症的疾病,历代文献对此病研究相对较少,通过总结历代医家对胸痞的认识,探讨胸痞的病因病机,鉴别诊断及临床特点,提出胸痞是有别于胸痹的一类独立的疾病。 |

| XiongPi is a disease characterized by self-reported oppression in chest; the research of this diseas is relatively less. By summarizing ancient and modern research literature about XiongPi, discusseing the etiology and pathogenesis, differential diagnosis and clinical characteristics of XiongPi. It is put forward that XiongPi is an independent disease,which is different from XiongBi. |
