      摘要:目的 探究茵栀黄颗粒与布拉氏酵母菌散剂联用对新生儿病理性黄疸的治疗效果。方法 选择2019年6月~2020年1月我院儿科收治160例患病理性黄疸新生儿为研究对象,根据就诊时间分为对照组和观察组,各80例。两组患儿均给予蓝光照射等基础治疗,对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌散剂治疗;观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒治疗。统计分析两组患儿治疗前后血清总胆红素、黄疸消退时间、住院时间和总有效率,记录两组患儿治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+以及CD4+/CD8+水平变化,统计两组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后两组患儿平均血清总胆红素均显著降低,但观察组患儿治疗后血清总胆红素水平显著低于对照组;观察组患儿黄疸消退时间和住院时间均显著短于较对照组;观察组患儿治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿CD8+水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组患儿改善情况由于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗期间发热、皮疹和腹泻发生人数均低于对照组,总不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 茵栀黄颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌散剂可通过改善CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+水平提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率。

      Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Blaird''s yeast powder on pathological jaundice in newborns. Methods From June 2019 to January 2020, 160 neonates with pathological jaundice were treated in the pediatric department of our hospital as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of consultation, 80 cases each. The children in both groups were given basic treatments such as blue light irradiation. The children in the control group were treated with Blairrella powder on the basis of conventional treatment. The children in the observation group were treated with Yin Zhihuang granules on the basis of the control group. Statistical analysis of serum total bilirubin, jaundice regression time, length of hospital stay, and total effective rate before and after treatment in two groups of children. Changes in CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/ CD8+levels before and after treatment were recorded in both groups. Adverse reactions occurred during the period. Results After treatment, the average serum total bilirubin of the two groups was significantly reduced, but the serum total bilirubin level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The jaundice remission time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than Compared with the control group; the total effective rate of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in CD8+levels between the two groups of children after treatment (P >0.05). CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and the improvement of the children in the observation group was due to the control group (P <0.05); the number of fever, rash and diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of total adverse reactions was significantly lower. In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with Blaird''s yeast powder can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions by improving the levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+.
