| 目的 观察运脾导滞推拿法治疗小儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 收集2017年6月至2019年2月就诊的130例功能性便秘患儿,随机分为2组,每组各65例。两组均改善不良饮食习惯、增加运动及进行排便训练,观察组给予运脾导滞推拿法,对照组口服妈咪爱治疗,各治疗2周后比较两组治疗前后主症(排便频率、排便困难程度、排便干结程度)及次症(腹胀、厌食、口干、口臭、面色少华、手足心热、夜寐不安、尿黄)积分变化情况,依据尼莫地平法评价运脾导滞推拿法对小儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。结果 治疗后两组主症及次症总积分均显著降低(P＜0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),尤其在改善排便频率、排便困难程度、厌食、夜寐不安方面优于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组有效率无显著差异(P＞0.05),观察组愈显率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论 运脾导滞推拿法治疗小儿功能性便秘疗效显著。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Daozhi Yunpi massage on the treatment of functional constipation in children. Methods A total of 130 children with functional constipation who were treated from June,2017 to February,2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,65 cases in each group.Both groups improved poor eating habits, increased exercise, and defecation training.The observation group was treated with the Daozhi Yunpi massage and the control group was treated with Medilac-Vita medicine. Compare the main symptoms (defecation frequency,Difficulty in defecation,degree of dry stool) and secondary symptoms (abdominal distension,anorexia,dry mouth, bad breath,less complexion,hot hands and feet,restlessness at night,yellow urine) score changes after two weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of Daozhi Yunpi massage on functional constipation in children was evaluated according to the nimodipine method.Results After treatment,the total scores of major and minor symptoms in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),especially in terms of improving defecation frequency,difficulty in defecation,anorexia, and restlessness at night Better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rates between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05), and the more significant rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Daozhi Yunpi massage has a significant effect on children with functional constipation. |
