| [目的]简要探究清代医家尤怡之《金匮要略心典》对痰饮病中水在五脏及肝与肺的相关关系的独到见解。[方法]通过对《金匮要略心典》的分析、研究,并参考历代医家对相关条文的注释,探究尤氏论痰饮之精妙。[结果]尤氏将水在五脏的不同表现分别进行阐释,言辞精而达意准；尤氏以独特的视角分析痰饮病中肝与肺的关系,阐释精妙,合情合理。[结论]尤氏《金匮要略心典》关于痰饮病的相关分析精辟独到,为后人研读《金匮要略》提供了新方法,也为临床诊疗提供了新思路,具有较高的研究价值。 |

| [Objective]To explore the phlegm and retained fluil in the five internal organs and the relationship between liver and lung in the chapter of Phlegm and Retained Fluid in JinKuiYaoLue XinDian written by You Yi who lived in Qing Dynasty.[Methods]By learning the JinKuiYaoLue XinDian closely and studying the comments of relational content written by other famous doctors of successive dynasties, exploring the grate viewpoints of You Yi discussing on the phlegm and retained fluid disease.[Results]You yi explanded the different clinical manifestations of the phlegm and retained fluil in the five internal organs respectively with a concise and exact word;You yi analysed the relationship between liver and lung of phlegm and retained fluid with a unique perspective.His viewpoints were marvelous and reasonable.[Conclusion]The views on phlegm and retained fluil disease of JinKuiYaoLue XinDian written by You Yi were very penetrating and unique,providing a new way for us to learn JinKuiYaoLue and a new idea of clinical practice, which had some medical knowledge. |
