| 膀胱癌在泌尿系统中是常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国其发病率居男性泌尿生殖系统肿瘤首位。手术配合放、化疗是膀胱癌各期的首选治疗手段,中医药用于膀胧癌电切术后,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,提高其生存质量。李东芳教授结合完备的理论知识与多年的临床经验,在辨病辨证论治的基础上,总结其主要治则为扶正解毒、攻补并施,临床常用自拟益肾解毒汤加减以治疗此类病证。本文主要介绍了李东芳教授运用中医药治疗膀胱癌电切术后的临床经验,以期增强患者机体免疫力,减少癌病复发,提高生存率,改善生活质量,为膀胱癌患者电切术后的治疗提供更多线索。 |

| Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor in the urinary system. In China, its incidence rate ranks first in male genitourinary tumors. Surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the first choice for all treatments of bladder cancer. Chinese medicine for postoperative bladder cancer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life. Professor Li Dongfang combines complete theoretical knowledge with years of clinical experience, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, summed up the main principles for the treatment of detoxification, attack and compensation, and the clinical use of Yishen Jiedu Decoction to treat such diseases. This article mainly introduces Professor Li Dongfang"s clinical experience in the treatment of bladder cancer after electric resection, in order to enhance the patient"s immunity, reduce cancer recurrence, improve survival rate, improve quality of life, and provides more clues to treat patients with bladder cancer after electric resection. |
