| 阴阳理论是《黄帝内经》阐述人体疾病发生发展过程及治疗应用的理论基础，张仲景亦是一脉相承地运用《黄帝内经》阴阳理论来解析外感热病和内伤杂病的病因病机。《金匮要略·胸痹心痛短气病脉证治第九》在具体疾病“术”的层面，以《黄帝内经》阳气为重和阴阳开阖枢的理论为指导，采用心胃同治的方法，完美地诠释了胸痹心痛短气病的发病机制和治疗法则。 |

| The theory of Yin Yang is the basic theory explaining the development and treatment of human diseases in the Inner Canon of Huangdi, which was also used by Zhang Zhongjing , master of the ancient Chinese medicine , to analyze the pathogenesis of exogenous fever and internal injuries. In the 9th chapter “Chest Paralysis, Heartache and Shortness of Breath” in “the Golden Chamber” , by curing heart and stomach at the same time , the writer gives many specific examples of diseases to explain the pathogenesis and treatment of chest pain, heartache and shortness of breath , under the theory of Yin Yang to open and shut the Middle Pivot in the "Inner Canon of Huangdi" , with the priority to Yang. |
