| 摘要： 目的 观察颈腰同治治疗疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效分析。方法 选取2018年 8 月～2019 年 8 月于广西中医药大学第一附属医院推拿科门诊就诊符合诊断标准的寰枢关节半脱位患者65 例，脱落2例，依照随机数字表法分为观察组 31 例与对照组 32 例。对照组采用常规推拿及寰枢关节整复治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上结合颈腰同治治疗。记录两组患者治疗前后的寰齿前间隙测量值、《寰枢关节评分量表》得分以及临床疗效。 结果 两组患者治疗后的寰齿前间隙测量值、《寰枢关节评分量表》得分均优于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗后，观察组寰齿前间隙测量值、《寰枢关节评分量表》得分及临床疗效均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 颈腰同治治疗寰枢关节半脱位优于常规推拿整复治疗，值得在临床推广。 |

| Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cervical and lumbar treatment for the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation. Methods：From August 2018 to August 2019, 65 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation in the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine met the diagnostic criteria, and 2 patients fell off. They were divided into observation groups according to the random number table method. Thirty-one patients and 32 patients in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional massage and atlantoaxial joint rehabilitation. The observation group was treated with the treatment of the neck and the waist on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The pre-cavity gap measurements before and after treatment, the scores of the atlantoaxial joint score scale and clinical efficacy were recorded. Results：The preoperative gingival space measurements and the scores of the atlantoaxial joint score scale were better than those before treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, the measured values of the anterior space of the caries, the scores of the atlantoaxial joint score scale and the clinical efficacy were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： The treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation of the atlantoaxial joint with the treatment of the neck and the waist is better than the conventional massage treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
