| S目的：观察刺络放血结合揿针疗法治疗风寒化热型咽痛的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的风寒化热型咽痛患者60例随机分为对照组30例,治疗组30例。对照组仅予以中药治疗,处方以桂枝加葛根汤加减。治疗组在中药的基础上,予以刺络放血及揿针疗法,就诊时治疗1次。治疗后第4天观察患者的主要临床症状。结果：经治疗后对比,治疗组在改善患者咽痛、咽干痒、咽部粘膜充血红肿等外感症状体征疗效优于对照组(p＜0.05)。结论：刺络放血结合揿针疗法治疗风寒外感型咽痛疗效好,能明显缓解患者症状,疗效优于纯中药组,无副作用,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of blood-letting therapy combined with press-needle therapy in treating pharyngalgia caused by exterior wind-cold transformed into heat syndrome. Methods: 60 patients with the symptom of pharyngalgia were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases).In control group, patients were given herbal compound only which is the modification of gui-zhi-jia-ge-gen decoction. While in treatment group, patients were given the same herbal compound, but also given the blood-letting therapy combined with press-needle therapy once during the first day in clinic, then evaluated the patient’s main clinical symptoms of both groups in the fourth day. Results: After the treatment, patients in the treatment group were improved better at the symptoms such as pharyngalgia、pharyngeal dry and itching、pharyngeal mucosa hyperemia than the control group(p＜0.05). Conclusion: Blood-letting therapy combined with press-needle therapy can effectively relieve pharyngalgia caused by exterior wind-cold transformed into heat syndrome. And it is better than given herbal compound only; It is free from side effects and worth to promote it in clinic. |
