| 目的：研究颈舒颗粒联合康复推拿对颈椎病患者的临床康复及预后影响。方法：回顾性研究在我院2015年3月至2017年5月接受治疗的137例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组(n=68)和观察组(n=69),对照组实施康复推拿治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予口服颈舒颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效；治疗前后椎动脉、基底动脉VS、VD水平变化、主要症状积分；并观察两组治疗结束1年后的复发率情况。结果：观察组的总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组椎动脉VS、VD水平明显高于对照组[(46.12±5.01)cm/s vs(40.63±4.66)cm/s、(21.65±2.53)cm/s vs(15.94±3.35)cm/s]、观察组基底动脉VS、VD水平明显高于对照组[(59.14±4.03)cm/s vs(49.25±4.21)cm/s、(24.12±3.01)cm/s vs(18.66±2.64)cm/s]；主要症状积分均显著下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。随访一年后,对照组的复发率(20.59%)明显高于观察组(8.7%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：颈舒颗粒联合康复推拿对治疗颈椎病患者有显著的临床疗效,能减轻颈椎病患者的颈部疼痛,且预后情况较好。 |

| Objective:To study the effect of Jingshu granule combined with rehabilitation massage on clinical rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:137 patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who received therapy from March 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects,according to different treatment methods, according to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group (n=68) and observation group (n=69),the control group was treated with rehabilitation and massage, and the observation group was treated with Jingshu granule on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups;Changes of vertebral artery, basilar artery VS, VD level, main symptom score before and after treatment;and observe the recurrence rate after 1 year of treatment at the end of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group(95.65%)vs(75.00%),and the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,The VS and VD levels of the vertebral artery in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group[(46.12±5.01)cm/s vs(40.63±4.66)cm/s、(21.65±2.53)cm/s vs(15.94±3.35)cm/s]、The VS and VD levels of the basilar artery in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group [(59.14±4.03)cm/s vs(49.25±4.21)cm/s、(24.12±3.01)cm/s vs(18.66±2.64)cm/s];After one year of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(20.59%)vs(8.7%),and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingshu granule combined with rehabilitation massage has significant clinical effect on patients with cervical spondylosis, can reduce neck pain in patients with cervical spondylosis, and the prognosis is better. |
