| 目的 探讨苓桂术甘汤对冠心病心衰患者的有效性及患者心室重构、炎性因子的影响。方法 选取2016年1月-2019年1月在我院接受治疗的80例冠心病心衰患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用贝那普利治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用苓桂术甘汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、心功能、6min步行距离、炎性因子水平、良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组心功能优于对照组(P＜0.05),6min步行距离大于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 对冠心病心衰患者进行苓桂术甘汤治疗,效果显著,可改善心功能,进而改善患者临床症状,同时可降低炎性因子水平,提高6min步行距离,降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗安全性,改善预后,该治疗方法具有非常高的临床价值。因此,在冠心病心衰患者临床治疗中,苓桂术甘汤应进一步推广和应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of Qiguishugan Decoction on patients with coronary heart disease and ventricular remodeling and inflammatory factors. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with benazepril. The study group was treated with Guigui. Gantang treatment. The treatment effect, heart function, 6-min walking distance, inflammatory factor level, and incidence of good reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The heart function of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the walking distance of 6 min was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). The inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions in the study group The incidence was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure is effective, which can improve heart function, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, increase the walking distance of 6 minutes, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the safety of treatment. Sexuality, improved prognosis, this treatment has a very high clinical value. Therefore, in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, Qiguishugan should be further promoted and applied. |
