      目的 探究针刺配合环枢关节正骨疗法治疗多发性抽动症的临床效果。 方法 将2017年1月至2018年4月期间我院收治的多发性抽动症患者600例随机分成三组:针刺组(A组)、环枢关节正骨疗法组(B组)、针刺配合环枢关节正骨疗法(C组),治疗2个疗程后,比较三组患者的血浆神经递质水平变化、YGTSS评分变化以及临床总有效率。结果 治疗后,C组的血浆DA、5-TH以及NE水平明显的低于A组和B组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,C组的运动性抽动和发声性抽动评分明显的低于A组和B组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);C组的临床总有效率为96.00%,明显的高于A组和B组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 多发性抽动症的发病可能与环枢关节错位有关,采用针灸联合环枢关节正骨疗法能有效的改善患者的神经递质水平,缓解临床症状,提高临床总有效率。

      :Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with circumferential joint orthopedic therapy for multiple tic disorder. Methods 600 patients with multiple tic disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into three groups: acupuncture group (group A), ring-axis joint orthopedic treatment group (group B), and acupuncture coordination ring. Patellar orthopedic therapy (group C). After 2 courses of treatment, plasma neurotransmitter levels, YGTSS, and clinical total efficacy were compared between the three groups. Results After treatment, plasma DA, 5-TH and NE levels in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and group B, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);After treatment, the motility tics and vocal twitch scores of group C were significantly lower than those of group A and group B, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of group C was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of group A and group B, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of more tic disorder may be related to the dislocation of the joint. The use of acupuncture combined with circumferential joint orthopedic therapy can effectively improve the neurotransmitter level, relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical total efficiency.
