| 目的 本研究旨在评估参茸固本散联合西医常规治疗对射血分数降低性慢性心力衰竭(HFrEF)患者的临床疗效。方法 共纳入70例HFrEF患者(LVEF≤40%),随机分为观察组(35例,参茸固本散+西医治疗)和对照组(35例,脱落1例,仅西医治疗),疗程12周。参茸固本散由鹿茸、紫河车、人参等中药组成,具有补气填精、温阳活血利水之效。主要观察指标包括NYHA心功能分级、6分钟步行距离(6MWD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心搏量(SV)、NT-proBNP水平、Lee氏心衰评分、明尼苏达生活质量评分(MLHFQ)及中医证候积分。 |

| Objective This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenrong Guben Powder combined with conventional Western medicine treatment in patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).Method A total of 70 patients with HFrEF (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF] ≤ 40%) were included and randomly divided into the observation group (35 cases, treated with Shenrong Guben Powder + Western medicine treatment) and the control group (35 cases, 1 case dropped out, treated with Western medicine only), with a treatment course of 12 weeks. Shenrong Guben Powder is composed of traditional Chinese medicines such as pilose antler, human placenta, ginseng, etc., and has the effects of replenishing qi, enriching essence, warming yang, promoting blood circulation and removing water retention. The main observation indicators include New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification, 6-minute walk distance (6MWD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) level, Lee"s heart failure score, Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ) score, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome score. |
