| 目的：观察口腔腭皱襞放血法治疗湿热下注型痔疮患者的临床疗效。方法：将120例湿热下注型痔疮患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),两组患者均适当饮食,忌酒及辛辣之味,摄入适当液体和纤维,避免用力排便,每日坚持温水坐浴。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予口腔腭皱襞放血法放血,分别观察治疗后30分钟、第1天、第3天肛门疼痛情况、肛周水肿情况及便时出血情况。结果：治疗组治疗后第1天、第3天可以缓解肛门疼痛、减轻肛周水肿,与对照组比较疗效有差异(P＜0.05),治疗组治疗后30分钟、第1天、第3天均能有效缓解便时出血,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：口腔腭皱襞放血法能有效缓解缓解便时出血,而且起效快,对肛周水肿和肛门的疼痛也有改善作用,而且操作简便、安全无副作用,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating patients with hemorrhoids of the damp-heat descending type using bloodletting at the palatal rugae.Methods: A total of 120 patients with hemorrhoids of the damp-heat descending type were randomly divided into a treatment group (60 cases) and a control group (60 cases). Both groups were advised to follow a proper diet, avoid alcohol and spicy foods, consume an appropriate amount of fluids and fiber, avoid straining during bowel movements, and maintain a daily warm water sitz bath. In addition to the conventional treatment, the treatment group underwent bloodletting at the palatal rugae. The anal pain, perianal edema, and bleeding during defecation were observed at 30 minutes, 1 day, and 3 days after treatment.Results: The treatment group showed significant relief of anal pain and reduction of perianal edema on Day 1 and Day 3, with a difference in efficacy compared to the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment group also effectively alleviated bleeding during defecation at 30 minutes, 1 day, and 3 days after treatment, with significantly better therapeutic effects than the control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion: Bloodletting at the palatal rugae can effectively relieve bleeding during defecation, with a rapid onset of action. It also improves perianal edema and anal pain. The procedure is simple, safe, and free from side effects, making it worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
