| This paper introduces the clinical experience of Chief TCM Physician Wan Quanqing in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Wan Quanqing believes that piriformis syndrome belongs to the category of "tendon paralysis" and "paralysis syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine, which is mainly caused by the obstruction of the meridians caused by soft tissue injuries and the blockage of qi and blood. Following the principle of "treating the symptoms if it is urgent, and treating the root cause if it is slow", the treatment methods such as traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and knife loosening can be used internally and externally, and good curative effects can be obtained. |
