| 目的:探究精桂胶燕膏对产后小鼠的泌乳作用。方法:将雌、雄ICR小鼠以3:1比例合笼配种,得到孕鼠饲养至分娩。分娩后的母鼠随机分为精桂胶燕膏组(JGJYG)、对照组(Control)每组10只母鼠,每只母鼠带养10只仔鼠。从产后第1d起,每日灌胃一次,共13d。观察母鼠体重、泌乳量及脏器指数；仔鼠哺乳期体重及增长值。结果:与Control组相比,JGJYG组母鼠在给药第7、9、13d泌乳量显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),脾脏指数明显增加(P<0.05)；仔鼠在给药第3、6、9、11、12、13d仔鼠体重增长显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:精桂胶燕膏能够显著提高产后小鼠的泌乳作用,并对脾脏等免疫器官性能的提升有一定的促进作用。 |

| Objective: To explore the lactation effect of Jinggui Jiaoyan ointment on postpartum mice. Methods: Female and male ICR mice were mated in a cage at the ratio of 3:1, and the pregnant mice were raised until delivery. The parturient female rats were randomly divided into Jinggui Jiaoyan Ointment Group (JGJYG) and Control Group (Control), with 10 female rats in each group and 10 offspring in each female rat. From the 1st day after delivery, the rats were gavaged once a day for 13 days. The body weight, milk yield and organ index of female rats were observed. Weight and growth value of neonatal rats during lactation. Results: Compared with the Control group, the milk yield of female rats in JGJYG group increased significantly on the 7th, 9th and 13th day (P<0.01, P<0.05), and the spleen index increased significantly (P < 0.05). On the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 11th, 12th and 13th day after administration, the weight of offspring rats increased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Jinggui Jiaoyan ointment can significantly improve the lactation of postpartum mice and promote the performance of immune organs such as spleen. |
