| 目的探讨五音疗法联合中药熏药对恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效｡方法将80例恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型睡眠障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例｡对照组采取睡眠障碍常规护理与五音疗法,观察组在此基础上联合开展中药熏药｡分别对两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和临床症状疗效评分进行统计学分析｡结果观察组PQSI评分及SAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)｡结论五音疗法联合中药熏药能有效改善恶性肿瘤心脾两虚型患者的睡眠障碍及焦虑问题,值得在临床推广应用｡ |

| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Five-element Music Therapy combined with herbal fumigation in treating sleep disorders among malignant tumor patients with Heart-Spleen Deficiency Syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group received routine care for sleep disorders combined with Five-element Music Therapy,while the observation group received additional herbal fumigation.Statistical analyses were conducted on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PQSI)scores,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and clinical symptom efficacy assessments between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited significantly lower PQSI and SAS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the total clinical effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Five-element Music Therapy and herbal fumigation effectively improves sleep disorders and alleviates anxiety in malignant tumor patients with Heart-Spleen Deficiency Syndrome,demonstrating significant value for clinical application. |
