Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood to prevent and control decreased ovarian reserve based on the theory of TCM, " regulating the internal organs and regulating the qi and blood together". Methods 500 cases of patients with diminished ovarian reserve function aged 18-40 years old who attended the gynecology outpatient clinic of Chinese medicine hospital in this city from July 2022 to November 2023 and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the study group (Zishen Huoxue formula) and the control group (Western medicine group), with 250 cases in each group. Observe the comparison of clinical efficacy between the study group and the control group before and after the intervention, the changes in TCM syndrome scores, the comparison of the changes in FSH, LH, E2 and AMH values before and after the treatment, the changes in the size of bilateral ovarian volume, the number of sinusoidal follicles, and the changes in the ovarian stromal artery blood flow parameters, before and after the treatment. Results The therapeutic efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the TCM syndrome scores decreased more significantly in the study group than those in the control group (P < 0.05);there were significant differences in four hormones between the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment, of which the levels of FSH and LH decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of AMH, E2 levels all increased compared with before treatment (P < 0.05). Moreover, after treatment, there was a significant difference between the study group compared with the control group; AFC and OV levels in both groups increased after treatment compared with before treatment (P < 0.05), and AFC and OV levels in the study group increased more significantly than in the control group (P < 0.05); VI levels in the study group increased more significantly than in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05), and PSV and FI levels in the study group after treatment compared with the control group were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Based on the theory of TCM, " regulating the internal organs and regulating the qi and blood together", the clinical efficacy of the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood in the prevention and treatment of decreased ovarian reserve is accurate, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, regulate the secretion of hormones FSH, LH, E2 and AMH, regulate the blood circulation of the ovary, improve the volume of the ovary, and promote the development of sinusoidal follicles, and the intrinsic mechanism deserves to be further studied and explored. |
