      【】目的 探讨培训小组带教模式的教学方法,在中医医师规范化培训中的应用与成效。方法 选择2023年1月—2024年1月在本院内科基地轮转的规培医师作为研究对象,在心血管科、神经内科、肾病科开展培训小组带教模式,经这些科室轮转参与培训小组的46名规培医师作为研究组,经其他科室轮转采用传统模式教学的76名规培医师作为对照组。通过对两组规培医师经不同教学方法对自身核心能力提升的认可度、带教老师对参加培训小组的规培医师能力提升的认可度以及对培训小组模式实施成效的评价做相关问卷调查,采用调查结果的比较来评估教学效果。结果 研究组对自身核心能力提升的认可度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),带教老师对研究组能力提升的认可度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),带教老师对培训小组带教模式认可度较高,平均分均在3.5分及以上。结论 培训小组带教模式符合住院医师岗位胜任力的培训要求,通过这一带教模式的实践,规培医师的综合素养和医疗服务能力得到明显提升,值得实行和推广。

      【】 Objective To explore the teaching method of training group led teaching mode and its application and effectiveness in standardized training for traditional chinese medicine physicians. Method We selected trained physicians who rotated in the internal medicine base of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects. We conducted training group led teaching mode in the cardiovascular, neurology, and nephrology departments. 46 trained physicians who participated in the training group through rotation in these departments were selected as the research group, and 76 trained physicians who rotated through other departments using traditional teaching mode were selected as the control group. By conducting relevant questionnaire surveys on the recognition of the improvement of core abilities by two groups of trained physicians through different teaching methods, the recognition of the ability improvement of trained physicians participating in the training group by the supervising teacher, and the evaluation of the implementation effectiveness of the training group mode, the teaching effect is evaluated by comparing the survey results.Result The recognition of the research group"s own core competency improvement was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the recognition of the research group"s competency improvement by the mentoring teachers was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The mentoring teachers had a higher recognition of the training group"s mentoring mode, with an average score of 3.5 or above.Conclusion The training group led teaching model meets the training requirements for the competency of resident physicians. Through the practice of this teaching model, the comprehensive literacy and medical service ability of standardized physicians have been significantly improved, and it is worth implementing and promoting.
