| 目的 本研究为一项回顾性队列分析，旨在评估针刺治疗急性疼痛的即时镇痛效果。方法 回顾因急性疼痛来急诊科就诊患者110例，根据病种及疼痛部位选择1-2个穴位，多采用直刺，进针后行提、插、捻、转手法，每5-10分钟行针一次，留针20-30分钟。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)在针刺前和针刺后（进针即刻及留针20-30分钟期间）进行疼痛强度评分，并判定临床总有效率。结果 110例急性疼痛患者针刺后VAS评分显著低于针刺前VAS评分（P＜0.001）；临床疗效分析，显效29例，有效73例，无效8例，均无明显不良反应，总有效率92.73%。结论 针刺治疗急性疼痛即时疗效显著，不良反应少。 |

| Objective: This study is a retrospective cohort analysis aimed at evaluating the immediate analgesic effect of acupuncture treatment for acute pain.Methods: A total of 110 patients who visited the Emergency Department due to acute pain were retrospectively reviewed. One or two acupoints were selected according to the disease type and the pain site. Straight insertion of the needles was mostly adopted. After inserting the needles, manipulation techniques such as lifting, thrusting, twirling and rotating were carried out. The needles were manipulated once every 5 to 10 minutes, and the needles were retained for 20 to 30 minutes. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to assess the pain intensity scores before acupuncture and after acupuncture (immediately after needle insertion and during the period of retaining the needles for 20 to 30 minutes), and the total clinical effective rate was determined.Results: The VAS scores of the 110 patients with acute pain after acupuncture were significantly lower than those before acupuncture (P < 0.001). According to the analysis of clinical efficacy, 29 cases showed marked effectiveness, 73 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, and there were no obvious adverse reactions. The total effective rate was 92.73%.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment for acute pain has a significant immediate effect and few adverse reactions. |
