| 目的：探究推拿手法联合关节错缝术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年12月期间于湖州市南浔区人民医院就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者资料60例，根据治疗方案不同分为对照组（27例）和研究组（33例），比较两组临床应用效果。结果：研究组临床总有效率为93.94%，高于对照组70.37（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者疼痛视觉模拟法（VAS）、颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）、Northwick park颈痛量表（NPQ）评分相比治疗前均下降，颈椎活动度（CROM）量表评分则上升，且治疗后研究组VAS、NDI、NPQ评分较对照组更低，而CROM评分则高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：推拿手法联合关节错缝术用于神经根型颈椎病治疗效果显著，可以有效缓解患者疼痛，改善颈椎功能，提升颈椎活动度。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with arthrosis in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy. Methods: 60 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in Nanxun District People''s Hospital of Huzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group (27 cases) and research group (33 cases) according to different treatment plans, and the clinical application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: In terms of clinical efficacy, the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher compared with the control group significantly(93.94% vs 70.37%, P<0.05). After treatment, pain visual analogue scale (VAS), cervical dysfunction index (NDI) and Northwick park Neck Pain Scale (NPQ) scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with before treatment, while cervical motion scale (CROM) scores increased. After treatment, VAS, NDI and NPQ scores of the study group were lower compared with the control group, while the CROM score was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Massage combined with arthrosis is effective in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy, which can effectively relieve pain, improve cervical function and enhance cervical motion. |
