| 目的 观察运动针法之“针刺人中穴”结合颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病的效果。方法 选取绍兴市柯桥区中医医院医共体总院2023年1月-2024年1月收治的颈型颈椎病患者60例,利用摸球法分为对照组(n=30,行常规颈夹脊穴疗法)和治疗组(n=30,实施运动针法之“针刺人中穴”结合颈夹脊穴疗法),比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分及生活质量变化。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率达100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P＜0.05)；治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和NorthwickPark颈痛量表(NPQ)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后7 d、14 d,治疗组中文版简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 运动针法之“针刺人中穴”结合颈夹脊穴治疗颈型颈椎病疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛,改善颈椎病症状,提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective: Observing the effect of acupuncture at Renzhong point combined with cervical Jiaji point in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods: Selection of Shaoxing ko bridge hospital of traditional Chinese medicine medical total of 60 patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis admitted in court (access time: January 2023 - January 2024), using the method of touch ball were divided into control group (n = 30 lines of conventional neck clip ridge point therapy) and treatment group (n = 30, the implementation of combining exercise "of acupuncture point" of stitch neck clip ridge point therapy). The clinical efficacy, pain levels, Tanaka Yoshihisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale scores, and changes in quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment group achieved a 100.00% overall efficacy rate, significantly surpassing the control group"s 80.00% (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than the control group"s 80.00% (P < 0.05). At 7 days and 14 days after treatment, the visual analog scale (VAS) and Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire (NPQ) scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). At 7 days and 14 days after treatment, the Tanaka Yoshihisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At 7 days and 14 days after treatment, the Chinese version of the Brief Health Survey-36 (SF-36) scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The "Needling Renzhong Point" combined with cervical Jiaji points using the motion acupuncture method is effective in treating cervical spondylosis, can effectively relieve pain, improve symptoms of cervical spondylosis, and enhance patients" quality of life. |
