| 目的：探讨子午流注择时督脉熏蒸在稽留流产清宫术中的应用及对患者子宫内膜修复的影响。方法：选取我科室收治的180例稽留流产患者，根据治疗方法差异分为对照组和研究组，各90例，对照组于术后当天口服戊酸雌二醇治疗，研究在术后当天至术后14天择时进行督脉熏蒸疗法干预。比较两组子宫内膜修复情况、宫腔粘连情况、性激素、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组腹痛消失时间、阴道流血时间、阴道流血量、月经恢复时间低于对照组，子宫内膜厚度高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组宫腔粘连发生率无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组β-hCG水平降低，且研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组色黯有块、面色青暗、少气懒言、阴道流血评分降低，且研究组低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在稽留流产清宫术中应用子午流注择时督脉熏蒸治疗效果显著，可改善子宫内膜修复情况。 |

| ObjectiveTo studyApplication of meridional flow fumigation in uterine clearing for missed abortion and its influence on endometrial repair. Methods180 missed abortion patients treated in our department were selected and divided into the control group and the study group, 90 cases in each group, according to the differences in treatment methods. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate orally on the day after surgery, and the study carried out the intervention of artery fumigation therapy from the day after surgery to the time of natural selection 14 days after surgery. Endometrial repair, intrauterine adhesion, sex hormones, TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultThe disappearance time of abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding time, vaginal bleeding volume and menstrual recovery time of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of intrauterine adhesions between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, β-hCG level was decreased in two groups, and the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of dark color, dark complexion, low qi and lazy speech and vaginal bleeding in two groups were decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).conclusionThe application of midday and noon flow fumigation in the treatment of missed abortion can improve the repair of endometrial. |
