| 探讨中药保留灌肠联合输卵管介入治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的效果及对输卵管复通率及子宫动脉血流的影响。方法：选择2021年1月-2024年6月62例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者，采用随机数表法分为联合组（n=31）和对照组（n=31）。对照组给予输卵管介入术治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上给予中药保留灌肠联合输卵管介入治疗。比较两组输卵管复通率、子宫动脉血流、输卵管迂曲、僵直、似串珠样改变发生率、中医证候积分及并发症发生率。结果：治疗后，两组复通率比较（P<0.05）；治疗后PI、RI、PSV水平降低，且联合组低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后输卵管迂曲率、僵直、似串珠样改变发生率降低，且联合组低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后中医证候积分降低，且联合组低于对照组（P<0.05）；联合组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在输卵管阻塞性不孕中给予中药保留灌肠联合输卵管介入治疗有较好的效果，可提高输卵管复通率，改善子宫动脉血流。 |

| ObjectiveTo study Effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with tubal intervention on tubal obstructive infertility and its effect on tubal recanalization rate and uterine artery blood flow.Methods 62 patients with tubal obstructive infertility from January 2021to June 2024 were divided into a combination group (n=31) and a control group (n=31). The control group was given tubal interventional therapy, and the combined group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with tubal interventional therapy. The rate of tubal recanalization, uterine artery flow, tubal tortuosity, rigidity, beaded change, TCM syndrome score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PI, RI and PSV in combination group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Tubal tortuosity, rigidity and bead-like change were decreased after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome score decreased (P<0.05); The complication rate of combination group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with tubal interventional therapy has a good effect on tubal obstructive infertility, which can increase tubal recanalization rate and improve uterine artery blood flow. |
