| 【】对比针刺董氏奇穴的三叉三、大白、侧三里、侧下三里联合口服小柴胡汤加减方与单独口服小柴胡汤加减方治疗前庭性偏头痛的疗效。方法:将90例前庭性偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予小柴胡汤加减方和小柴胡汤加减方联合针刺三叉三、大白、侧三里、侧下三里治疗,观察各组的临床疗效、DHI评分、中医证候积分、头痛症状积分。结果:通过对比两组的治愈情况发现观察组的临床治愈效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；对比两组在入组2周和入组12周两节点发现,观察组的中医证候积分、DHI评分、头痛症状积分结果改善表现均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加减方联合针刺三叉三、大白、侧三里、侧下三里治疗前庭性偏头痛效果优于单纯使用小柴胡汤,值得推广。 |

| Objective: To compare the curative effect of acupuncture at the Sanchasan, Dabai, Cesanli and Cexiasanli combined with oral administration of Xiaochaihu Decoction and oral administration of Xiaochaihu Decoction alone in the treatment of vestibular migraine with Stagnant Pathogen of Shaoyang Syndrome. Methods: 90 patients with vestibular migraine were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction and the control group was treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with acupuncture at Sanchasan, Dabai, Cesanli and Cexiasanli. The clinical efficacy, DHI score, TCM syndrome score and headache symptom score of each group were observed. Results: By comparing the cure of the two groups, it was found that the clinical cure effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0.05 ); comparing the two groups at the two nodes of 2 weeks and 12 weeks, it was found that the improvement of TCM syndrome score, DHI score and headache symptom score in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: The effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction combined with acupuncture at Sanchasan, Dabai, Cesanli and Cexiasanli in the treatment of vestibular migraine with Stagnant Pathogen of Shaoyang Syndrome is better than that of Xiaochaihu decoction alone, which is worthy of promotion. |
