| 温胆汤的主要功效是理气化痰,清胆和胃。临床上多用于胆胃不和,痰热内扰引起的虚烦不眠,呕吐呃逆,惊悸不宁等症,温胆汤为中医经典名方之一。本文阐述了温胆汤在临床实践和研究中的应用,如用于治疗绝经前后诸症、眩晕、便秘、咳嗽、心绞痛、郁病等疾病,通过临床实践及研究发现,上述疾病虽有其特殊性,但多以痰湿、热为病因,温胆汤加减治疗体现出中医诊断学异病同治辨证施治的特点。 |

| The main efficacy of Wen Dan Tang is to regulate qi and transform phlegm, clear the gallbladder and harmonize the stomach.ically, it is often used for symptoms such as insomnia, vomiting, belching, and palpitations caused by disharmony between the gallbladder and stomach and internal disturbance of phlegm-heat. Wen Dan Tang is one of the classic prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine. This article elaborates on the clinical application research of Wen Dan Tang, such as its use in treating various symptoms before and after menopause, dizziness, constipation, cough, angina pector, and depression. Through clinical practice and research, it has been found that although these diseases have their own characteristics, they are mostly caused by phlegm-dness and heat. The treatment with modified Wen Dan Tang reflects the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment of different diseases with the same method |
