| 【】目的:探讨止痛化瘀搽剂定向透药改善PTED后残留症状的疗效。方法:选取从2023年6月至2024年1月,在我院骨伤科行PTED的LDH患者52例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各26例,对照组口服西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上止痛化瘀搽剂定向透药治疗。结果:两组患者在一般资料比较方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组。结论:通过本研究证实,止痛化瘀搽剂定向透药能有效改善LDH患者PTED后残留症状,值得进一步研究及推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of targeted transdermal application of pain relieving and blood stasis removing ointment on residual symptoms after PTED. Method: Fifty two LDH patients who underwent PTED in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of our hospital from June 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with targeted transdermal painkillers and stasis removing lotions on the basis of the control group. Result: There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in the comparison of general information between the two groups of patients, indicating comparability. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.
