| 【摘要】目的：探讨人参养荣汤在晚期胃癌患者(气血亏虚型)治疗中的应用价值。方法：所有晚期胃癌化疗患者(气血亏虚型)均于2018年6月至2020年12月在温州市中医院就诊并随机分组，对照组26例采用化疗，观察组28例联合人参养荣汤治疗，治疗3个化疗周期后比较疗效。结果：治疗后观察组血清超敏C反应蛋白（Hs-CRP）、铁调素（Hepcidin）低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组血清CEA、Ca724、Ca199等肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；免疫功能指标升高以观察组更明显(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组卡氏评分KPS评分高于对照组，中医总症状积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；组间比较，两组的总有效率相仿，但观察组总获益率更高（82.14% VS 53.84%），而化疗不良反应发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论：对于晚期胃癌化疗患者(气血亏虚型)而言联合人参养荣汤有助于减轻免疫损伤，促进肿瘤体积缩小，提高总缓解率，并可降低化疗不良反应，改善贫血状态。 |

| [[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application value of ginseng nourishing soup in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer (Qi and blood deficiency).Methods: All patients (Qi and blood deficiency) who visted our hospital from June 2016 to December 2020 had been randomly grouped.The group received controldrugs were chemotherapy,as well as the observation group obtained ginseng Yangrong soup,and the curative effect of both would be caculated after the third chemotherapy cycle.Results: Hs-CRP,Hepcidin of the observation group reduced more than those in the other group(P<0.05). After all the sessions,CEA levels were lower than in the controls(P<0.05).Higher immune function measures were more pronounced in the observation group (P<0.05).As expected, KPS score recreased more much than the other one, besaides,TCM total symptom scores cut donwn more than the other one (P<0.05).The efficiency of the control group was similar to the other group,at the same time,The total response rate was similar in both groups, but the total benefit rate was higher in the observation group (82.14% VS 53.84%)(P<0.05).The toxic side reactions such as myelosuppression and gastrointestinal effcts lessened more than those in the other one(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with advanced GC chemotherapy (Qi and blood deficiency) can help to reduce immune damage,cut down tumor volume, as well as upgrade the total remission rate, alleviating the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs and promoting iron absorption. |
