| 【】目的 探讨自拟口疮散穴位贴敷联合耳穴治疗儿童心经积热型夜惊的效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年4月在我院生长发育科就诊的患有夜惊儿童40例,按随机原则分成治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组口服维生素D及葡萄糖酸钙,观察组于对照组的基础给予口疮散穴位贴敷联合耳穴。比较两组患儿的CSHQ评分、血清钙浓度与25羟-维生素D水平变化及治疗后的临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组患者的CSHQ各项指标评分、血清钙浓度及25羟-维生素D水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CSHQ各项指标评分均低于对照组,其中入睡潜伏期、异态睡眠,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入睡时间抵触、睡眠持续时间、睡眠焦虑、夜醒次数、睡眠呼吸障碍、白天嗜睡及总分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者血清钙浓度与25羟-维生素D水平均升高,且观察组的上升幅度波动大于对照组,两组相比较,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 自拟口疮散穴位贴敷联合耳穴治疗儿童心经积热型夜惊疗效明显,并能够有效改善睡眠质量,促进生长发育。 |

| To explore the effect of self-made oral ulcer powder acupoint application combined with auricular points in the treatment of children 's heart meridian accumulated heat type night terror. Methods:Forty children with night terrors who were treated in the growth and development department of our hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases).The control group was given oral vitamin D and calcium gluconate, and the observation group was given oral ulcer powder acupoint application combined with auricular point on the basis of the control group.The CSHQ score, serum calcium concentration and 25-hydroxyvitamin D level changes and clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CSHQ score, serum calcium concentration and 25-hydroxyvitamin D level between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of CSHQ indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in sleep latency and abnormal sleep between the two groups (P>0.05). There were significant differences in sleep time conflict, sleep duration, sleep anxiety, night waking times, sleep respiratory disorder, daytime sleepiness and total score between the two groups (P<0.05).The serum calcium concentration and 25-hydroxyvitamin D level of the two groups increased, and the fluctuation of the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made oral ulcer powder acupoint application combined with auricular point therapy has obvious curative effect on children 's heart meridian heat type night terror, and can effectively improve sleep quality and promote growth and development. |
