| [目的]探讨针刀联合蠲痹汤治疗腰痛（寒湿痹阻型）的临床疗效。[方法]选取2023年1月-2024年3月在磐安县中医院骨伤科门诊，诊断为寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者60例，随机分为2组，其中治疗组为针刀联合蠲痹汤，对照组为单纯针刀治疗。两组患者分别于术前，术后1月及术后3月，对比观察患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale ,VAS)，日本骨科协会评估治疗分数（Japanese Orthopedic Association Scores，JOA）和Oswestry 功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry disability index ,ODI)并评价其有效率。[结果]治疗后两组患者VAS、JOA、ODI评分均得到改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组效果明显优于对照组（P < 0.05）。[结论]针刀联合蠲痹汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰痛在减轻患者疼痛、恢复患者局部功能方面有良好的疗效。 |

| on in the treatment of low back pain (cold dampness paralysis type).[Methods] A total [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining needle knife and Juanbi Decoctiof 60 patients with a diagnosis of low back pain disease (cold dampness paralysis type) were selected and randomly divided into two groups from September 2018 to September 2019 in the orthopedic clinic of Pan’an County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), in which the treatment group was needle knife combined with Juanbi Decoction and the control group was needle knife alone treatment. The visual analog scale (VAS) for pain, the Japanese Orthopedic Association score (JOA), and the Oswestry disability index (ODI) were assessed preoperatively, 1 month, and 3 months postoperatively. [Results] The VAS, JOA, and ODI scores of both patients improved after treatment (P < 0.05), and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The treatment of cold dampness type low back pain by combining needle knife and Juanbi Decoction has good efficacy in reducing pain and restoring local function of patients. |
